(Las Vegas, NV) – Metro Police has released an official report on the accident that killed a 12-year-old girl. Faith Love was struck while trick-or-treating near Sahara and Town Center Drive last Halloween night. Police say the driver of the car, 41-year-old Justin Caramanica, admitted to drinking and taking prescription drugs. Authorities say Caramanica was driving at twice the speed limit. He faces charges of felony reckless driving and driving under the influence.
